Gluten Free Flat Bread
Use this recipe to make hot, simple rajgira parathas!

Ingredients
1
cup
rajgira flour
cup
¼potatoes which have been boiled
peeled and mashed
2
tbsp
coriander
finely chopped
tsp
½black pepper
ground
tsp
½salt
Rajgira flour for rolling
tablespoons
A couple ofvegetable oil
for cooking
Instructions
Knead the cup of flour, potatoes, pepper and salt in a bowl, adding water until it becomes a soft dough.
Divide the dough into four.
Knead the portions of dough into balls.
Using the rolling pin, roll the dough into circles with equal diameters.
Heat a tava and sprinkle a few drops of oil onto it.
Put the paratha on the tava and cook, flipping it over once.
Cook until both sides turn a golden brown.
Serve hot!
