Ingredients

Instructions
In a medium-sized wok or kadhai, bring the milk and grated carrots to a boil.
Stir occasionally and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
While the carrots and the milk simmers, chop and roast the pistachios.
Now, in a mortar and pestle, ground the cardamom.
Once the carrots absorb the milk, add the jaggery and cardamom and mix it in.
Now serve the halwa piping hot with roasted pistachios.
