Ingredients

Instructions
Begin by making the vanilla ice cream for the creamsicle.
For this, beat eggs, milk and sugar together till well combined.
Now put this mixture in a saucepan and cook on a low flame and stirring continuously for 10 mins.
Leave it aside to cool and when it does, add heavy cream and vanilla and mix till well combined.
Put this in the refrigerator overnight or at least eight hours.
Churn the mixture in your ice cream maker till done and let it freeze.
For the raspberry creamsicle, blend the raspberries along with the juice in a blender till the mixture is smooth.
Fill the moulds on each side with the puree and freeze it.
Now fill the moulds on the other sides and freeze again.
As the raspberry popsicle is frozen, fill it with the vanilla ice cream and freeze for a few more hours to completely set.
