Ingredients
cup
½unroasted rava/suji/fine semolina
cup
½rice flour
cup
¼maida/all purpose flour

green chili/hari mirch
chopped

medium sized onion/pyaaz
finely chopped

½ginger/adrak
finely chopped

curry leaves/kadi patta

chopped coriander leaves

oil or ghee or butter for frying the dosa
Instructions
In a bow, mix all the ingredients except oil
Keep the bowl aside for 30 to 4 minutes.
Heat a dosa tava or a non-stick pan and add one or 2 tsp oil and spread.
With a ladle pour the batter onto the pan from the edges towards the center
Sprinle 1 tsp of oil on top.
Once the base becomes golden or crisp, flip the dosa
Once cooked, remove dosa.
Repeat for all dosa.
Needs to be served immediately.
