rava
3
cups
Water

tblsp
Oil

Mustard seeds

Salt

Instructions
In a pan, add the rava. Dry roast on a low flame.
Keep aside.
Dice the onions, tomato, green chilli into fine cubes.
Now, take a pan and place on medium heat.
Add oil.
Once the oil is heated, add mustard seeds and urad dal and once the seeds splutter add green chillies, curry leaves and cashew nut.
Keep the pan on low flame until the dal turns golden brown.
Now add the onions and stir well until they become soft.
Once the onions become soft, add the tomatoes and saute.
Now add salt to taste and turmeric powder.
Add the vegetables and stir for a minute.
After a minute, add water.
Allow the water to boil. Once it starts boiling, add the roasted rava.
Continuously stir to avoid forming any lumps.
Cook on low flame for about 3 to 5 minutes until the rava is completely cooked.
Add the ghee and stir well.
Serve hot.
