Add the fenugreek seeds, red chilies, groundnuts and curry leaves.
Stir and add the green chilies and turmeric.
Add the grated mango and stir.
Allow the ingredients to cook for 7 minutes.
Add the sugar.
Turn off the stove and add the rice.
Add the rice and the lemon juice.
Mix well but gently.
Garnish with coriander

This is a festive dish, which can be made on Diwali too for breakfast. The sour and sweet taste are well blended in this rice dish. It is usually served with mango pickles and yogurt salad.
