  1. Combine milk and dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the mixture is fully incorporated, thick and creamy.
  3. Add red wine (something full-bodied like Cabernet Sauvignon) and continue stirring.
  4. Remove from the heat, pour into mugs and garnish with marshmallows or whipped cream.
