Basilicious!
This tasy Thai dish of rice noodles is buzzing with flavours!
Ingredients

jalapeno chilies
coarsely chopped

garlic
coarsely chopped

sugar

Salt
Black pepper to taste

tbsp
fish sauce
2
tsp
soy sauce

tbsp
vegetable oil
1/4
pounds
ground pork (or beef
turkey or chicken)
3
cups
rice noodles
3/4
cup
fresh basil leaf
5
cherry tomatoes
cut into quarters
Instructions
Cook the noodles as per instructions on the packet.
Drain and set aside.
Mix the sugar, salt and pepper together and set aside.
Whisk the fish sauce and soy sauce together and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the garlic for thirty seconds.
Add the chilies and fry until fragrant.
Add the protein (pork) and sauté until it begins to brown.
Add the sugar, salt and pepper mixture and sauté the meat until it is well incorporated.
Pour in the sauce combination and sauté for a minute.
Finally, add the rice noodles and toss until they are well combined with the meat.
Add a three quarters of the basil, sauté for a minute and then add the tomatoes.
Stir well once and remove the noodles from the heat.
Garnish the noodles with the remaining basil and serve!
