The Best Beet you’ll ever meet
Roasted Beet that will have you singing a new song about vegetables.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Peel the beets and slice into 1/2-inch rounds.
  4. Place on baking sheet and drizzle liberally with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and thyme and toss gently to coat.
  5. Cook for 40 minutes until tender, flipping half way through.
  6. Remove and add a little more kosher salt.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
