Mash ‘Em Up
Mashed potatoes with a touch of garlic for extra deliciousness.
Ingredients

medium head garlic

tablespoon
olive oil
2
pounds
russet potatoes
peeled and quartered
4
tablespoons
butter
softened
1/2
cup
Milk
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat up your over to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
In a bowl, add the garlic.
Drizzle the garlic with olive oil and then wrap in aluminium foil.
Bake this in the oven for an hour.
Now, in a pot add water and salt and bring it to a boil.
Add in the potatoes and let is boil until they became tender which should take about 15 minutes.
Drain the water out and allow the potatoes to cool.
Chop them up and add in the butter, milk, salt and pepper.
Now, cut the baked garlic in half. Squeeze the garlic cloves into the potatoes.
Now, in a blender mash the potatoes until you get the consistency you want
