Roasted Garlic Oil
Ingredients

head Unpeeled Garlic
1.5
cups
olive oil
355ml
Coarse or Kosher Salt to taste
Instructions
Roast garlic by breaking apart and tossing it in a tiny bit of oil and baking at 350’F (177’C) until tender (about 30 minutes).
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and mix. Warm through.
Allow oil to steep in a warm place for 30 minutes. Store without straining and strain oil as needed.
