Ingredients

Boneless Chicken

onions
finely chopped

butter

ginger garlic paste

pepper powder

Turmeric powder

red chilli powder

tsp
coriander powder

rum
Salt
Instructions
Clean and wash the chicken.
Lightly heat butter in a heavy bottomed kadai.
Add the onions and saute on a low flame till golden.
Add salt, turmeric, pepper, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste and saute for a raw mins.
Cook on a low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add coriander and garam masala powder and saute on a low flame for few minutes and then simmer.
Cook till the chicken is tender, mixing at regular intervals.
When the chicken is done, add rum and mix well. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
