Ingredients
cup
½potato sev

Sabudana
sago
cup
½salted peanuts
cup
½chopped tomatoes
cup
½chopped onions

boiled potatoes
cubed
Coriander chutney as required
Tamarind chutney as required
cup
½chopped coriander leaves
tsp
½lime juice
salt to taste
Instructions
Soak the sago in salt water and roast lightly in ghee. Roasting is optional.
Take all the ingredients in a bowl.
Toss until mixed properly.
Garnish with some potato sev and coriander leaves.
Serve.
