Ingredients

Basmati rice

½vegetable stock

pinch Saffron threads soaked2T hot water for 10 minutes

Salt

olive oil

½diced onions
Instructions
Wash rice and drain.
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and add onions once the oil gets hot, frying for 3 minutes.
Add the rice, stock, saffron and the soaking water, salt, and boil over high heat.
Once the mix starts to boil, switch to low heat and cookl for 20 minutes.
Tastes best served hot.
