Ingredients

raw mango

ghee

semolina

Milk

tbsp of
Condensed milk
Pinch of Cloves
water as required
Instructions
Make a sugar syrup by combining sugar and water.
Peel and chop a raw mango into thin slices. Add it to the sugar syrup. Cook the mango slices well till transparent.
Add the sugar syrup and cooked mango slices in the semolina and milk mixture. Sprinkle rose water and 1 tbsp condensed milk.
Garnish with more mango slices and fresh mint leaves.
