Ingredients
500
grams
of chopped onion

of garam masala

tsp
of Turmeric Powder

tsp
of cumin powder

deghi mirch

tsp
of bhuna jeera

garlic pods

green chilli

of ginger-garlic paste

cup
of fresh tomato puree

cup
of sugar cane vinegar

grams
of mutton
cubed

soaked dry apricots
salt to taste
Instructions
Add the deghi mirch, bhuna jeera, garlic and green chilies in a blender and make a paste
Add the paste, 3 tsp of ginger-garlic paste and salt to the mutton pieces and make sure it coats all around
Marinate the mutton pieces for 2-3 hours
Heat up some oil in a frying pan and add the marinated mutton pieces
Fry the mutton pieces until its throughly cooked
Add some oil to another frying pan and drop in the chopped onions
Cook the onion until they are softened and add the masalas, ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and salt
Add some water, cover the pan and let the mixture cook
Add the apricots and vinegar and the reduce the mixture
Stir in the mutton pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes
Remove from heat and serve hot with rice
