chopped onions

cup
chopped tomatoes

tbsp
Chopped coriander
1
chopped Green chillies
oil or ghee
as required

tbsp
red chilli powder
1
cup
boiled corn
2
grated cheese cubes
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat up a non-stick pan and spread some batter on it.
Add some of the onions, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander, red chilli powder and the corn spreading all over the top of the pancake.
Sprinkle a little oil or ghee and cook the uttapam till golden brown at the base.
Flip the uttapam and cook the vegetable side for about two minutes.
Flip it again and sprinkle the cheese and it should melt in a few seconds.
Serve hot.
