Ingredients

roasted rice flour

Instructions
Take water in a wok along with salt and oil.
Bring it to a boil and once it does, lower the flame and add the rice flour.
Keep mixing till you see a dough-like consistency.
Carefully as the dough is hot, wet your hands and knead the dough properly till smooth on a work surface.
Now take the idiyappam press and run the dough through it and then place them in the steam plate.
Taking the noodles from outside to the inside, make circular structures and then steam the idiyappam for about 15 minutes and serve hot.
