Meatballs with a cheesy twist

Ingredients
1 1/4
cups
of all-purpose flour
1/2
tsp
of Salt
1/4
tsp
of ground pepper
1/2
tsp
of cayenne pepper
1 1/2
tsp
of Baking powder
2
cups
of grated cheese
500
grams
of sausages
1/2
large onion
grated
3
tbsp
of butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
Whisk flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and baking powder together in a large bowl
Add the grated cheese to the mixture and toss
Add the sausages, onion, and butter to the mixture and whisk
Using your hands, mix until all the ingredients are well combined
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the balls on the sheet with 1/2 inch of space between
Bake for 25 minutes, until the ball are cooked thoroughly and appear golden in color
Remove from the oven and serve warm with your choice of sauce
