Ingredients

Large Eggs

tbsp
of butter
4
corn tortillas
1/2
avocado
thinly sliced
1/4
cup
of salsa
1/4
cup
of shredded cheese
2
tbsp
of fresh cilantro
Instructions
Add the eggs to a medium bowl and whisk, while adding salt and pepper
Add the butter in a frying pan and heat it up
Add the eggs and stir it a bit until they are set and are soft, for approximately 2-3 minutes
Remove the eggs from heat
Add the scrambled eggs to the tortillas and top it with avocado slices, salsa, cheese and cilantro
Serve hot
