A Red Curry Treat
A spicy, steaming bowl of Thai coconut red curry will flavor your rice deliciously.

can coconut milk

red bell pepper
chopped

green pepper
chopped

Instructions
Mix the curry paste into the coconut milk.
Set the mixture on a stove and allow it to simmer.
After five minutes, add the basil, bamboo shoots, fish sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock and mushrooms.
Stir well and allow the curry to simmer for ten minutes.
In a separate wok, sauté the bell peppers and onion in a little oil.
Fry the chicken breasts in a little oil until fully cooked.
Put the fried chicken and peppers in a bowl and pour the red curry over it.
Serve!
