  1. Boil 2 liter milk in a sause pan and add fried vermicelli into it and stir well continuously.
  2. Add cardamom,cashew nut and raisins and stir well.
  3. After vermicelli is well cooked turn off the flame and add sugar as required.
  4. Can be served hot or cold.
