Ingredients

olive oil

cloves
finely chopped garlic

broccoli

chopped red bell pepper

chopped onion

Water

Salt

shredded parmesan
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Once hot add garlic to the oil.
Now add the vegetables and stir.
Saute and add salt, mix and then add water.
Now let the vegetables cook for about five minutes.
Once the vegetables are nicely done take them off the plate.
Serve with parmesan on top.
