  1. Firstly begin the process of making the yoghurt by toasting the shredded coconut on a saucepan.
  2. It will take about two minutes to turn golden over medium flame.
  3. Remove the coconut at this stage from heat and keep aside for cooling.
  4. Once it cools down, mix it with the yoghurt and brown sugar in a bowl till well combined.
  5. Arrange the fruits on serving plates or bowls, drizzle the coconut yoghurt and serve.
  6. You can also keep the ready fruit salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to serve chilled.
