Hyderabadi Kebabs
Kebabs that are absolutely delicious
Ingredients

gm mutton mince

cup
channa daal

Tbsp cooking oil

green cardamoms
choti elaichi

allspice
kebab chini

sticks cinnamon

bunches mountain moss or pathar ke phool

black cumin seeds
shahi jeera

red chillie powder

turmeric

Tbsp – fresh coriander

Tbsp fresh mint

green chillies oil to shallow fry For the filling 250 gm hung yogurt

gm onions

Tbsp taaza dhaniya

Instructions
In a pan, add some oil.
Place the pan over medium heat.
One the oil is hot, add cardamom, cloves, allspice powder, cinnamon, mountain moss and royal cumin seeds.
Now, add the meat.
Once that is done, add onions and garlic, saute for a few seconds, then add channa dal, salt, red chillies and turmeric
Add coriander, mint, green chillies.
Saute well.
Now, add 2 cups of water.
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until the dal is done.
When the meat is cooked, remove and let it cool.
Once it is cooled, add it to a blender and mince.
In the hung yogurt, add onions, green chillies, chopped coriander and mint.
Now add the black pepper and mix well.
Take a piece of mince ball and place the filling in the middle and cover to make 3/4 inch patties.
In a flat pan, add allow and shallow fry the kebabs until they are brown.
