Ingredients
500
grams
of fettuccini pasta
1
tbsp
of butter
500
grams
of cooked shrimp
4
cloves
of garlic
1
cup
of half-and-half milk
6
tbsp
of grated parmesan cheese
1
tbsp
of chopped fresh parsley
salt to taste
Instructions
In a large pot, boil the pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes until it reaches the al-dente stage.
Add butter to a pan and toss in the shrimp and garlic and saute
Pour the half-and-half in the pan and stir
Add parmesan cheese one spoon at a time to the sauce while continuously stirring
Add the parsley and salt and mix
Stir the sauce frequently so as to not let it boil
When the sauce is thickened, pour it on top of the cooked pasta noodles and serve hot
