  1. In your slow cooker, add garlic, bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, chicken, broth, onion, one third cup cheese, basil, oregano and red pepper flakes.
  2. Stir well and cook on high flame for three and half hours. on low flame for 7 hours
  3. Remove the chicken breasts and shred.
  4. Add them back to slow cooker.S
  5. Add the pasta and stir well. Cook on high flame for 30 minutes, until the pasta is cooked.
  6. If the soup becomes too thick after the pasta is cooked, add additional broth.
  7. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped basil or parsley.
