For the green chutney

  1. Grind all the ingredients mentioned for the chutney to a smooth paste. Add only the required amount of water.
  2. The chutney should be thick and spreadable.
  3. Wash, peel and sliced the cucumber.
  4. Wash and cut tomato into slices.
  5. Wash, peel and slice the onions.
  6. Slice the boiled potatoes.
  7. Cut the corners from the bread slices and apply butter on all the slices.
  8. On one buttered slice, spread generous amount of chutney, arrange the vegetable slices on top of the chutney.
  9. Sprinkle little salt and pepper powder. Close it another buttered slice and press it very gently.
  10. Cut the sandwich into bite size pieces, garnish with sev and serve immediately
