Craigellachie 13-year-old Scotch

ounce
Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
1/2
ounce
Benedictine

dashes
angostura bitters
Instructions
Stir all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large piece of fresh ice (Hodak prefers an ice sphere). Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
