Leg Up!
Deliciously spicy chicken fry!
Ingredients

Chicken legs

ginger garlic green chili paste

red chili powder

black pepper powder

coriander powder

largecumin powder

pinch
Garam masala powder

tbsp
tomato chili sauce

tbsp
hung yogurt

tbsp
Lemon juice
salt to taste

Oil
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients aside from the oil and the chicken legs together.
Coat the chicken legs with this mixture and allow them to marinade overnight.
Heat the oil and place the chicken legs and marinade in it.
Allow the chicken to cook over a high flame for 3-5 minutes, flipping it once.
Then, lower the flame to medium and cover the pan the chicken is in.
Allow the chicken to cook for a further ten minutes until all the water evaporates.
Take the chicken out of the pan and serve!
