Ingredients
1 packet
maggi noodles and maggi masala
1 tbsp
minced ginger
1 tbsp
minced garlic
1
green chilli
1
onion
1
tomato
1 tsp
Vinegar
1 tsp
soy sauce
1 tbsp
Tomato sauce

capsicum
1 tbsp
corn flour
1 tsp
chilli powder
1 tsp
pepper powder
salt to taste
Instructions
Start by boiling water in a pan. once it starts boiling add the Maggi masala and then the Maggi. once it’s cooked keep it aside for now.
Then, take another pan add some oil followed by minced ginger and garlic.
once they are fried, Add Green chilli followed by the onions and the tomatoes.
Fry them until they’re cooked and then add vinegar, soya sauce, and tomato sauce one after the other.
Add the diced capsicum and let it fry.
Now mix corn flour in a bowl with water. Add the mixture to the pan and mix.
Next, add salt to taste and then chilli powder and pepper
Stir the mixture well and then add the cooked Maggi. Mix well and your hot and spicy chilli Maggi is ready!
