large red bell pepper
sliced lengthwise

large cucumber
peeled, deseeded and sliced lengthwise

green onions
chopped

Cilantro

roasted peanuts

For the sauce
1/2
cup
creamy peanut butter
1/4
cup
warm water

soy sauce

honey

siracha

Instructions
Cook and drain the spaghetti.
Whisk all the ingredients for the peanut sauce together until the sauce becomes smooth.
In a serving bowl, toss the spaghetti with the sauce and mix in the bell pepper, cucumber, onions, cilantro and peanuts.
Serve!
