Fishy Feast
Spicy, deep fried fish.
Ingredients

sprigs curry leaves

tsp
ghee
To marinate
200
grams
vanjaram fish fillet
cleaned and washed
1
tsp
ginger garlic paste
1
pinch
turmeric
2
tbsp
Lemon juice
1/2
tsp
red chili powder
1/2
tsp
garam masala
Instructions
Coat the fish with a mixture of all the other ingredients under the ‘to marinate’ list.
Allow it to marinate for half an hour.
Heat the ghee and sauté the curry leaves until crisp.
Lower the flame on the stove and add the fish to the pan.
Cover the pan and cook for six minutes, flipping once in between.
Take the lid off and continue drying until the fish becomes completely dry.
Serve and enjoy!
