Dressing

extra virgin olive oil

Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
Mix up all the dressing ingredients till well combined.
Add the salad ingredients in the salad bowl but only half the quantity of goat’s cheese.
Drizzle the dressing onto the salad and toss.
Garnish with the remaining cheese and enjoy.
