Sprout Em’ Up
A delicious and healthy salad recipe
Ingredients

Sprouted Green Moong
½
cup
boiled sweet corn kernels

small
Carrot grated
½
apple
cut into small cubes
½
cucumber
peeled and cut into small cubes
1
green chillies
½
Lemon juice
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Take a large bowl and add sprouted moong, sweet corn, grated carrots, cubed apple, cucumber and fine chopped chilly.
Now, add the lemon juice and add some salt to taste.
Mix well.
Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Serve
