Ingredients

cup
Wheat flour
1
onion
[Finely chopped]
2
tbsp
Coconut
[grated]
2
tbsp
Curry leaves, coriander leaves
[Finely chopped]
1
green chilli
[Finely chopped]
1
garlic
[Finely chopped]
1/2
tbsp
Ginger
[Finely chopped]
1
inch cube
butter
A pinch
sugar
salt to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and make dough, cover it using white cotton cloth then leave it for 30 min.
Equally divide the dough and make small balls.
Sprinkle flour over the balls, flatten it, roll over and make roti as usual.
Serve hot with tomato gravy.
Recipe Notes
Add 1 tbsp of curd/ yogurt when making dough [for softness].
