beef broth

Worcestshire sauce

dijon mustard

tomato paste

butter

Shallots
minced

muhsrooms
chopped

cup
heavy cream
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Season the steaks with salt and pepper and allow to stand at room temperature for half an hour.
Stir the broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and mustard sauce together.
Working in batches, sear the steak in butter until it browns (approximately 1-4 minutes).
Once the steaks are done, take out of the pan and sauté the shallots and mushrooms in the remaining butter.
Add the broth and mix well.
Stir in the heavy cream and cook for two minutes.
Place the steak in a serving dish and serve the sauce on the side.
