Ingredients

red jalapeno
1/2

red serrano peppers

garlic

light-brown sugar

kosher salt

white vinegar
Instructions
Chop and blend chilli and pepper along with garlic, brown sugar, salt, and water till smooth.
Put the mixture in a jar, seal with a cling film and leave aside for three to five days in a cool, dark corner.
Mix this sauce once a day.
Now once the rest period is over blend the sauce with vinegar and then strain the mixture.
Discard the pulp and bring the sauce to a boil.
Keep stirring and cook for about 5-10 minutes.
Cool down the sauce and refrigerate.
