Ingredients
1/2
cup
of buckwheat flour

tsp
of Baking powder
1
tsp
of ground cinnamon
1/4
tsp
of coarse salt

Large Eggs
1
banana mashed
1/2
cup
of honey
1
sweet apple
diced
1/2
cup
of chopped walnuts
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees C
Place paper liners in a muffin pan
Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a separate bowl and whisk
In another bowl, add the eggs, banana and honey and whisk them all together
Add the ingredients from both bowls together
Add in the apples and walnuts
Pour the muffin batter into the muffin pan
Bake the muffins until its golden brown in colour, about 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and serve after cooling.
