Instructions
Mix flour, salt, sugar, water, vegetable oil and yeast in a bowl.
Add this to a mixture and turn it into a dough after mixing on a low speed for about 8 minutes.
Put the dough into a greased bowl, cover with cling film and let it rise for 2 hours.
Flatten the dough on the kitchen surface and divide it into six portions.
Roll out thick sausage-like pieces and attach each one to make six circles.
Rest the bagel circles for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 245°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put the poppy seeds, sesame seeds and onion flakes on a plate and spread them out a little.
Bring water to a boil, add honey and boil each bagel for a minute on each side.
Remove them from the water as they rise with the help of a slotted spoon.
Dip the top-side of the bagel with the seeds and onion flakes and keep them on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle coarse salt on top and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes till they brown.
