Suits Falafel Recipe
Delish Falafels!
Ingredients

chickpeas

finely chopped onion
1/2
tsp
cumin
4
cloves
finely chopped garlic
1/4
cup
chopped parsley
1
tsp
coriander powder
1/4
tsp
pepper powder
1/4
tsp
red chilli powder
salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Soak the chickpeas overnight and in the morning drain out the water.
Take the chickpeas along with cumin, coriander, pepper, red chilli powder, salt, onion, garlic, parsley and flour in a food processor.
Whip it to a coarse mixture and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
Heat the oil for frying the falafels and meanwhile take equal sizes of the batter, making small balls out of them.
Fry till they turn golden brown, drain excess oil and serve hot.
