Ingredients

Instructions
Heat the grill on a high flame.
Spray the cooking spray on the grill and once hot, add the sliced onions and bell peppers.
The onions should be ideally grilled for 6 minutes on each side and bell peppers should be turned occasionally.
Once grilled, let the vegetables rest for about 5 minutes.
Slice the onion rings in half and slice the bell peppers.
Mix them together with some salt and pepper.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish fillets and cook them on a heated skillet greased with cooking spray.
Cook each side for about 3 minutes or till the fish is flaky.
Heat the tortillas and add the fish and vegetables evenly to each of them.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
