Instructions
In a bowl, mix together bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder and put it into a zip-lock bag.
In a small bowl, beat an egg and combine in the milk.
Heat oil in a deep pan till it reaches 160°C.
Dip the calamari into the milk mixture and then put them into the zip-lock bag and shake to coat well with the breadcrumb mixture
Now deep fry the calamari rings for about five minutes till they get a golden brown colour.
Serve it with tartar sauce.
