Ingredients

beef flank steak

beef broth

tomato purée

sliced onion

capsicum

chopped garlic

tomato paste

Cumin powder

tsp
chopped cilantro

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
white vinegar
Instructions
In a large pan, heat the oil keeping the flame medium.
Put the steak in the pan and brown it on each side which should take about four minutes on each side.
Now put the beef in a slow cooker and add the broth and tomato sauce.
Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomato paste, cumin, cilantro, olive oil and vinegar.
Stir it well till it blends and cover.
Cook on high heat for about four hours and if you have time at hand then you can even cook on low for ten hours.
Once the meat is cooked, shred it and serve with steamed rice.
