Method
  1. Add the potatoes (with skin) into water with salt and turmeric powder and boil till soft
  2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool a little before you skin them, cut into smaller pieces
  3. Add oil to your pan, with the coriander powder and chilli powder, mix well
  4. When the oil is hot, add the potatoes into the pan and mix properly, coating the potatoes well with the spices
  5. Cover with a lid and every so often stir the potatoes
  6. When almost done, add the garam masala and mix it up nicely
  7. And just before you take it off the fire, add the dried mango powder and mix it properly
  8. Serve!

You can also use regular potatoes, cut them in whatever shape or size you’d like.
Smaller the pieces, the faster it will cook.
