Summer-y Salad
Ingredients

fresh orange juice

fresh lemon juice

packed brown sugar

grated orange zest

grated lemon zest

teaspoon
vanilla extract

cubed fresh pineapple

cups
strawberries
hulled and sliced

kiwi fruit
peeled and
3
sliced bananas
2
sliced oranges
cup
peeled and sectioned 1seedless grapes

Blueberries
Instructions
Place a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, orange zest and lemon zest
Bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce the heat to low.
Let the mixture simmer until it becomes thick.
Remove the saucepan and add in vanilla extract.
Keep aside the mixture to cool
Layer the fruit in a large bowl : pineapple, strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, oranges, grapes, and blueberries.
Pour the sauce over the fruit then keep in fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve
