Mini Philly Cheesesteak Recipe

Ingredients

packet bread rolls
1
box frozen thinly sliced steak
1
onion
diced
6
slices
provolone cheese
3
tbsp
mayonnaise
3
tbsp
butter
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 350F.
Separate the top and bottom of the rolls.
Sauté the steak in a little oil until cooked.
Sauté the onions for two minutes.
Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the tops and bottom of the rolls.
Place the steak on the bottom of the bread.
Top with the onions.
Layer the cheese over the onion and cover the bread with the top.
Brush with melted better.
Cover the rolls with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
Cut and serve.
