Sweet Corn Fried Rice Recipe
This is a very easy and quick pulao made with American sweet corn. You can prepare this even with left over rice.

Ingredients

cooked (Recipe here)

( i used frozen)
salt to taste
sugar to taste
Red chilli
Flakes to taste

soya sauce

Instructions
Heat oil in a wok till smoking hot. Add in ginger, garlic, chillies and spring onion white and saute for a min or so.
Add in all the veggies and salt, sugar. Mix well and cook for 5 to 8 mins till it is cooked.
Add in sweet corn and saute for 5 mins till it is cooked.
Add in soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.
Add in chilli flakes and mix well
Add in cooked rice and toss well.
Add in spring onion greens and toss well.
Serve hot.
