peeled and grated sweet potato
2 1/2
cup of
Full Fat Milk
5 1/2
tbsp of
sugar

pinches of
saffron strands

tbsp of
Milk
1/4
tbsp of
cardamom powder
Instructions
Boil the milk in a non-stick pan.
Add the sweet potatoes and cook on a slow flame for 15 minutes or till the potatoes are tender, while stirring occasionally.
Cook the sweet potatoes in the milk for 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Now, add the saffron and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
Allow it cool for a while and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve chilled garnished with almond and pistachio slivers
