Ingredients

whole dry kashmiri red chillies
soakedwarm for 15 minutes

chopped garlic
lehsun

white vinegar

sugar

Sesame oil

Instructions
Drain out all the water from the chillies and discard it.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer except the oil and blend into a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl and keep aside.
Heat the oil to smoking point and pour over the chilli-garlic paste. Mix well, allow it to cool and store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
Uses as required.
